Processing and Fulfillment

Once an order is confirmed, our fulfillment team will begin preparing the shipment, usually within 5 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is typically 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, customs processing, and local delivery network.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, a tracking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Charges

Eligible orders are subject to a standard shipping charge of $2.99 USD. Additional or adjusted shipping fees may apply depending on delivery destination, carrier rules, or special logistics arrangements.

Shipping Coverage

We aim to deliver to most countries and regions worldwide. If shipping is unavailable to your location, we will contact you promptly to discuss possible alternatives or refund options.

Address Change Requests

Shipping address changes can only be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT) on the date the order is placed. Once fulfillment has started, address updates may not be guaranteed.

Separate Shipping and Billing Addresses

Orders may be delivered to an address that differs from the billing address. Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Shipping Origin

Depending on inventory and fulfillment availability, orders may be shipped from Hong Kong or from international partner logistics centers. Orders are processed only on business days and are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
