How do I complete a purchase?
Shopping with us is simple. Add your favorite items to the cart and continue to checkout when you are ready.
Fill in your contact details, shipping address, and payment information. If you have a promo code, enter it in the discount field before placing your order.
Once your purchase is complete, a confirmation page will appear and an order receipt will be sent to your email.
My order arrived with a missing or incorrect item. What should I do?
Please contact our support team as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number and a clear photo of the item received. The image file should be under 1MB.
After we review the information, we will normally arrange a replacement or correction at no additional cost.
Can I update my order after checkout?
Order updates may be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT) on the same day the order was placed. This may include address changes or product adjustments. After that time, the order may already be in fulfillment.
Which payment methods can I use?

How do returns and cancellations work?
